This appointment takes 90 minutes. There is a structural assessment, gait assessment, time to go over goals and 60 minutes of bodywork.

Lymphatic services specifically to help reduce swelling and inflammation post surgery. Typically a 1/2 appointment.

Assisted stretching session focused on improving flexibility, mobility, and relieving muscle tightness for increased performance and reduced risk of injury.
